Manager, Process Quality

Responsibilities:

The Manager, Process Quality will be responsible for the development and monitoring of specific processes for Finance Accounts Receivable. In addition, they will participate and manage project teams designed to implement improvements or changes to business processes. The Manager, Process Quality will also be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas of concerns, issues, trends and problems; and making recommendations to improve processes, reduce costs, etc. They will participate in business process audits, including outsource partners, to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting)

4 - 7 years experience and/or training in BPO, Process Reeinineering, Reporting and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, System Change and Implemenentation, Project Management

Other Information:

Excellent leadership and organizational skills, Ability to multi-task

Excellent judgment skills with independent decision making ability, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent reconciliation, research, and analytical skills, Skilled in making presentations
