KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Operations Governance to join our KPMG Technology Organization.


Manage the planning and operational implementation of governance processes, standardization and leading industry practices through applied research that aligns with the firms IT strategy vision and realization; including project and budget planning

Manage processes that support technical service catalog, service transition, production acceptance and standardization, IT control standard compliance and continual service improvement, as well as establish governance procedures, processes, documentation and metrics to support ongoing operations

Supervise and manage ongoing performance of direct reports and consultants

Collaborate and interface with appropriate teams on new initiatives and emerging standards, as well as educate others about operational strategies and leading industry practices

Make appropriate recommendations regarding audit team findings to help ensure the operational services are in place, performing at required service levels and are in compliance with IT policy and control standards

Produce reports for appropriate leaders and key decision makers to facilitate and help ensure that services, service owners and service offerings are operating effectively


Minimum five years of experience in an IT environment, delivering and managing technology solutions across multiple enterprise architecture domains including technology, application, information assets and infrastructure

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; certifications such as ITILv3, ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT CGEIT, CISSP or ServiceNow is preferred

Management level experience with in depth understanding of technology solutions from infrastructure, service management, financial and sourcing perspectives, in a large enterprise data center environment

Experience leading a team of technology professionals including mentoring, goal setting and promotion of direct reports

Understanding of IT service management practices, ITIL framework and IT delivery models such as SaaS, Paas, and/or IaaS
