Manager, Multicultural Marketing','SAL0013101','!*!JOB SYNOPSISAs the Manager, Multicultural Marketing you will become an integral member of a passionate, enthusiastic, dynamic and highly engaged Content Creation team at Cadillac. This role will lead efforts to drive measurable business results amongst rapidly growing core multicultural audiences while focusing primarily around efforts targeting the Hispanic, African American, LGBTQ and Women’s consumer market. You will be charged with understanding the importance of cultural insights to drive business recommendations around Multicultural Marketing, while also leading analytical projects that will drive our brand leadership within the market. The position will focus on synthesizing research insights and analytical data and translating those insights into the greater multicultural marketing strategy, creative content and go to market plans, with a key goal of driving the most impact for Cadillac. The position will partner heavily with the Cadillac Marketing Strategy Team, Cadillac Media Team, and GM Multicultural Marketing Team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Drive and lead brand strategic marketing planning strategies focused on the multicultural market, partnering with Cadillac Marketing Strategy and GM Multicultural Marketing. • Lead content development and creative execution for Cadillac for all Multicultural Marketing efforts. • Develop and support efforts to socialize in-depth trend knowledge of the Multicultural Market • Lead research efforts for Cadillac amongst multicultural marketing center of excellence team • Identify new opportunities to utilize data & analytics to drive informed decision making • Establish and become a center of excellence/Subject Matter Expert that is a valued organizational resource • Manage multiple agencies to support all multicultural marketing, media and promotional programs in the multicultural market, including our lead Multicultural creative agency. • Provide expertise around experiential consumer marketing efforts targeting the multicultural market • Collaborate with numerous teams (Global Media, Branded Entertainment, Corporate Diversity, Supplier Diversity, Experiential team, Dealer Diversity, and Corporate Diversity) on Cadillac solutions in the diversity space • Ability to understand and navigate a complex organization in order to drive impactful and measurable business results ','!*!SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or closely related areas • 5 years of experience in marketing, with some experience within the multicultural space • Teamwork and integration with marketing teams and other stakeholders • Participate as responsible team contributor with enthusiasm and transparency. • Must be comfortable with a fair degree of ambiguity and constant change • Proven ability to exercise professional behavior and solid judgment • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative big ideas that grow brands • Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead research efforts • Strong presentation skills, including written and oral communications • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, understand where to drive most impact to drive business results • Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team • Work well with people from various cultures and background • Comfortable speaking in large audiences • Extremely proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, Access preferred but not required • Ability to travel • Ability to manage a multitude of projects and deliver results • Spanish-Speaking candidate preferred, not required.','US-NY-New York','','Jun 26, 2018','Ongoing','Sales, Service & Marketing','Manager, Multicultural Marketing
