We\u2019re seeking a dynamic individual to fill the critical role of sales manager who will build an inbound sales group.
Job Description
The Inbound Sales Manager will build and manage a team that converts inbound phone calls and emails into paying customers.

Develop and hone an effective sales process, using a customer-centric, solution-selling approach
Hire and train a team of inside sales reps, increasing team size appropriately as the business expands and lead volume increases
Establish sales goals and be accountable for goal achievement on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Coach and develop sales reps according to their individual motivational factors
Effectively communicate and role model effective sales tactics, strategies, and closing skills
Analyze data, transcripts, and call recordings and provide feedback to reps to improve performance, skill sets, and overall productivity.
Develop strong relationships with counterparts in Marketing, Product, Customer Support, and Operations, to ensure the sales experience is consistent with the rest of the customer experience

Job Requirements

3-5 years experience in B2C phone sales, including at least 1 year in manager or supervisor role
Entrepreneurial self-starter and problem-solver. Able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. We are a start-up!
Exceptional phone skills. Able to speak with clarity, friendliness, and empathy to people from a variety of backgrounds and in a variety of situations (e.g. in the middle of a stressful move)
Detail oriented, with excellent follow-up skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Comfortable with technology (email, live chat, mobile apps). We use Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Slack, Zendesk, and other web-based tools.
Authorized to work in the US
Excellent math and spatial reasoning skills a huge plus
Enjoy technology and tinkering with apps a plus


Flexibility to work as needed from 8:30am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday and some weekends as needed
This is a full-time position
