Job Description Location: New York City Reporting Relationships: The Manager, Store HR Operations, is a key role within Human Resources reporting to the Director, Store HR Operations. Major Responsibilities The Manager, Store HR Operations will be responsible for a portfolio of HR projects for all HBC banner stores (i.e., Saks Fifth Avenue, Saks OFF 5TH , Lord & Taylor, Hudson���?�s Bay, Home Outfitters) with a focus on HR data and reporting. The incumbent will partner with HR COEs to consult, develop and/or implement solutions which solve business problems across all HBC banners as well as support the Associate lifecycle at HBC in stores. This position will be responsible for planning, executing and deploying moderate to complex projects and/or programs while ensuring stakeholder buy-in and increasing quality of service. Role responsibilities include: Manages HR projects and/or programs across banners in partnership with Regional Store HR Drives implementation and completion of all HR projects/programs, Advises and consults HR COE���?�s on best practices while upholding standards and HBC Culture Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders (i.e., Business Leadership, Store Operations, etc.) Creates harmonized standards and processes for the Associate lifecycle across all banners at HBC Manages stores HR data and reporting workstream and identifies/explores industry best practices relevant to HBC Liaises with stakeholders (i.e., HRIS, IT, etc.) to identify key HR metrics across the Associate lifecycle to develop efficient and useful reporting and/or analytics 4-year degree required 3 ��\ 5 years of previous successful HR COE, HRBP and/or PM work High level of organizational skills, superior communication skills, ability to successfully work in ambiguity, strong managerial courage, Excellent leadership and team building skills Acts as an owner operator and is results driven ,
