We’re seeking a Manager, Global Product Compliance, based in our Englewood, Colorado office (global headquarters)

.In this role, you will support management of the Global Product Compliance team within the AML Compliance Department. You will be responsible for assessing AML/CTF risks associated with Payments products, specifically WU Business Solutions, while working closely with business partners to minimize potential money laundering risk within the established strategies of the Department.

Assess AML/CTF risks of proposed products and recommend mitigating controls

Write and publish product risk assessments in accordance with the Company’s Enterprise-Wide Risk

Advise Business and Compliance Senior Leadership on residual risks and recommend mitigation options

Manage numerous product launches and test the performance of compliance controls implemented

Communicate and escalate risks to Senior Management and product stakeholders, when appropriate

Build and maintain strong relationships with global and regional teams including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Engineering, and Business

Act as Global Product Compliance point of contact for internal stakeholders

What you will need to succeed:

Ability to successfully liaise with business partners to advise on AML compliance requirements and residual risk

Proven experience in dealing with compliance issues relating to money laundering, terrorist financing, international sanctions, and consumer fraud

Deep understanding of international AML/CFT global industry standards and specific AML/CFT laws/regulations

Project management experience within a multi-national organization is a strong advantage

Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making ability

Effective leader, independent learner, and team player

What will make you stand out:

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience; Law or Business degree a plus.

At least five years of relevant experience in complex consumer financial/payment services organizations with multiple financial products

Full professional proficiency (speaking and writing) in English

CAMS or CFCS certification recommended
