Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis','!*!JOB PURPOSE:  Lead the Sales planning process by performing a variety of financial

analysis and modeling work to assess financial implications. The Manager must

be able to provide insightful actionable analysis and reporting to drive sound

business decisions. The Manager will collaborate closely with several

business partners such as Sales Strategy, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.

opportunities and influence

decision makingDevelop,

maintain and enhance analytical models to determine optimal

profitability/financial impact of commercial initiatives and present findings

to executive managementProvide analytical insights and

recommendations to enable continuous, measurable improvement of company

initiatives.Analyze the overall

business, perform root cause analysis, and identify best practices. Partner with

Operations & Commercial teams to successfully implement tests, measure

results, and make collaborative recommendations.Prepare

budgets, forecasts and reports utilizing the most efficient tool availablePrepare presentations in support of board and

shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various

strategic committees of the companyLead

recurring meetings with senior management to discuss business results and offer

insights on opportunities to improve performance. Create ad hoc reports

utilizing reporting and analysis tools Additional duties and

','!*!Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g.,

finance, economics, business, engineering, etc.).  MBA preferred 5 years’ experience in FP&A and/or highly

analytical role with clear knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices,

and procedures within financeStrong business acumen

coupled with exceptional analytical, problem solving and influencing

skillsPassion for turning data into actionable

insights and strong ability to tell stories with dataExcellent communications skills and the ability

to interact with executive managementAbility

to develop effective working relationships across the company’s operationsProven record of results in highly analytical,

ambiguous and complex business settingsHighly organized and detail-oriented with proven

Our stores generally offer high quality durable products such as major consumer electronics, appliances, computers, and furniture and accessories under flexible rental purchase agreements that typically allow the customer to obtain ownership of the merchandise at the conclusion of an agreed-upon rental period. These rental purchase agreements are designed to appeal to a wide variety of customers by allowing them to obtain merchandise that they might otherwise be unable to obtain due to insufficient cash resources or a lack of access to credit. These agreements also cater to customers who only have a temporary need, or who simply desire to rent rather than purchase the merchandise.
