The Manager of Executive Compensation will help to design effective executive compensation programs that are externally competitive, fiscally responsible, internally equitable, and that enhance recruitment, retention, and Team Member engagement and satisfaction. The Manager of Executive Compensation will provide subject matter expertise in various aspects of executive compensation as they relate to job design, executive compensation trends, continuous improvement, and global compensation.

What will I be doing?

Manage the development, implementation and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual and long-term incentive (LTI) programs

Develop communication materials and supporting analysis for presentations to the Compensation Committee and senior executives

Manage the annual year-end performance management for executives including merit, bonus and LTI recommendations

Develop and maintain databases, executive job structures, tally sheets, analyses, projections and reporting tools in support of the above mentioned programs

Participate in executive compensation salary surveys

Coordinate annual benchmarking and peer group evaluation

Prepare executive compensation tables and associated language to be included in the annual proxy statement

Develop executive offers and severance packages

Plan, develop and manage internal communications related to executive compensation and global LTI programs

Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal and other business partners in implementing compensation policies

Support the documentation of executive compensation programs for external and internal audits

Prepare ad-hoc compensation and financial analyses and provide any other support to the executive compensation team as needed

Review job profiles, internal comparisons and external market data to evaluate compensation levels for executives; make recommendations to management as necessary

Develop and analyze reports from our HRIS and stock plan systems, and provide reporting in a clear and concise manner

Partner with third-party vendors

Maintain a working knowledge of legal, regulatory and legislative treatment, requirements and impacts to executive compensation programs

Actively seek to improve and streamline existing processes and programs

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or accounting

A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in the field of Compensation with minimum of two (2) years of experience focused on Executive Compensation

Experience in data collection and analyses, working knowledge of executive compensation and HRIS systems, practices, job evaluation and benchmarking methodology, and executive compensation administration

Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to perform complex financial analysis and modeling related to the compensation program

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Solid knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe

Ability to travel as required (10%)

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

MA/MS Master’s Degree

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)

Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP)

Experience working in a large, global organization

Experience supporting Long Term Incentive and Equity plans
