Maintenance Technician - Plant

This job requires the overall maintenance on all production equipment of the plant.  Individual must be knowledgeable to do the repair, installation and preventive maintenance as required to ensure the smooth operation of the plant.

Job Requirements

Physical Requirements:
Be able to work on all equipment which would require bending, stooping, walking, climbing and other physical activities involved in performing the duties of their job;
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, metatarsal guard shoes, hearing protection, etc., as outlined in established policy.
Will constantly be exposed to extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid).
   Equipment Used:Tools of the trade to perform the job.  All tools and toolbox will be provided for each technician. Education, Experience, Skills Required:High School Graduate and/or GEDIndustrial Maintenance Mechanic certificateMechanical Aptitude with ability to diagnose the problem on the equipment.Computer literatePrevious Maintenance experience in a manufacturing plant.#CB
