What you bring:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Bachelors degree from a college or university in Engineering or related field preferred, experience considered in lieu of formal education.
Five (5) plus years of prior industrial maintenance management experience preferred
Working knowledge of RCM tools and techniques
Digital literacy necessary for data entry and report generation
Excellent communication skills needed for developing relationships with internal partners and outside vendors
Five (5) plus years proven track record with CMMS software and a working knowledge of IIOT preferred

Who we are looking for:
As our Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will lead a highly motivated team skilled in the trade of industrial maintenance to maintain and repair plastics manufacturing equipment in extrusion, thermoforming and injection molding processes. You must be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and department leaders to address concerns and issues that affect all aspects of manufacturing equipment maintenance and reliability. You must also possess a servant leader style with a learning mentality and exude a passion for continuous improvement.
What you will be doing:
Leads and represents the Maintenance & Reliability team in safe work policy and practices.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Maintenance and the Storeroom Supervisors, Maintenance Planner, Scheduler, Reliability Engineer, and all maintenance employees. Will guide the maintenance team daily.
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the manufacturing equipment maintenance efforts throughout the facility.
Develops and improves maintenance initiatives utilizing knowledge of modern Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methods and manufacturing equipment capabilities.
Assist with budget development and reporting
Continuously monitors and makes improvements to maintenance methods including preventative, predictive and productive maintenance. Support and collaborate with the Reliability Engineer to review collected data to determine trends and maximize equipment uptime.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production to deliver short-term and long-term strategies.
Works with Storeroom Supervisor to maintain inventory system accuracy.
Supports comprehensive maintenance programs and schedules for all plant equipment.
Provides technical assistance and support to maintenance and production associates as needed.
