**Job Description**Intel Executive Briefing Center Logistics Coordinator will perform various logistical and project-related activities in support of the Intel Executive Briefing Center varying in size. Handles details that are confidential and critical in nature.Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following:Draft and compose emails using current office software applications protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of confidential information schedule and coordinate logistics for meetings and events, catering and organizing for those events as needed organize and manage calendar/schedules for all meetings and events in the Intel Executive Briefing Center order and prepare catering reports maintain office supplies track spending serve as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and is a resource for office related software applications.Duties may also include: execution of research, data analysis, and preparing reports/recommendations.Manages meeting logistics to include distribution of materials.Assignments are moderately complex and diversified in nature and may require working within a globally dispersed team. Work performed within generally defined parameters.Decision making and critical thinking is required in resolving moderately to more complex problems for the Intel Executive Briefing Center.Able to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.Maintain confidentiality using discretion and sound judgment. Demonstrates professional behavior at all times.**Qualifications*** 5 - 7 years minimum of Administrative experience.* Expert in MS Office, including word processing, spreadsheet, and basic presentation or database applications. Supporting/working with high level executives.* Briefing Source tool will be used for scheduling training provided.* Customer Service and Customer facing for high level executives, dignitaries, celebrities, presidents, etc. Candidate must be highly polished with experience supporting and providing client facing service at these levels.* This is a highly confidential position and the employee will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement not to discuss or speak about any of the customer interactions. Must be comfortable meeting, greeting and interacting with those customers.* Professional dress of slacks, nice blouse or button down shirts, light jacket or cardigan would be expected level of dress daily with professional yet comfortable shoes.* Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.* Minimum Education: HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.* Prior Intel Experience is preferred.* The employee will be working in a very fast paced environment where a lot of split second decisions need to be made. High external and internal visibility for extremely confidential meetings and attendees.
