Logistics Administrator  Job Description:   In this role, you will work with all customers and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are picked-up and packaged from our customer locations and delivered accurately and timely to the end destination.  Provide world class customer service and logistical solutions.Work directly with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Financial Service (HPEFS) Global Logistics TeamInteracts with (phone and email): Leasing Customer Delivery team, including CRS'sAsset Recovery Services (ARS) team, including Customer Delivery Specialist'sAll customersTransportation providersInternal and external processing centersCustomer returns management - Responsibility: Monitor returns mailbox(s) for new quote requests and new customer pick up/return requestsContact customer to discuss return instructions and gather customer site detailsManage shipment against customer requirementsSchedule equipment pick-upContact carrier to discuss return requirements, transportation processes and instructions.Track equipment from customer to warehouseTrack shipment using HPFS Logistics Portal and carrier tracking reportsUpdate system with proper shipment detailsPick-up datesPick-up issuesFinal pick-up costsManage shipment costs and customer invoicingProcess freight claims as required.Other ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity and processesLead projects as neededAssist colleagues with scheduling and tracking lease and ARS returns, as neededKnowledge/Skills/Experience Required2-4 year of logistics or transportation experienceBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredStrong customer service skills, prefer logistics/transportation experiencePC skills with experience on Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, outlook required, access is a plus)Excellent phone skillsStrong problem solving abilityTeam PlayerJob:ServicesJob Level:Entry      Hewlett Packard Enterprise is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.    HPE will comply with all applicable laws related to the use of arrest and conviction records, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance and similar laws and will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories.
