Job Description

Looking for an experienced and passionate learning professional who will work under the direction of the Director of Learning & Development. The Learning & Development Associate/Analyst is responsible for managing the Learning Management System including system upgrades, technical and user support, and metrics and reporting management. In addition, the role is responsible for the creation of custom eLearning content utilizing instructional design best practices, program logistical support, vendor invoicing, and overall support of project teams with company-wide training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Administer the Learning Management System, including leading process improvements, problem solving, content management, vendor relationship management, managing system releases and training super users as needed, creating and facilitating LMS training for site training coordinators.

Develop, implement, and analyze training metrics; creation of custom reports to support business leader needs

Serve as Program Manager for various development programs including creation of program evaluation and measurement tools

Develop eLearning content, in support of business and function objectives; effectively consult with subject matter experts to create effective training;

Support the Talent Management function with objectives including the Performance Management technology platform

Maintain training records and ensure accuracy

Manage the invoicing process for all Learning & Development vendor partners

Provide program logistical support including vendor and internal logistics

Required Skills

Expertise in LMS administration

Experience in Adult Learning Theory and design/development of instructional materials

Expertise in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline

Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills

Very strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work independently and handle confidential material

Ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients at all levels

Intercultural awareness skills needed for interaction with global internal clients

Strong technical skills and experience with SharePoint, MS PowerPoint, Work, and Excel

BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business, Education or another relevant field

3-5 years' experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management

Preferred Qualifications

Cornerstone and Success Factors preferred
