The Learning Consultant effectively establishes, deepens and sustains key relationships with global L & D Stakeholders to identify behavior changes required to advance business goals. The qualified individual will have responsibility for running the day to day management of the budget, aligned to the broader division, function and business strategies. The role will also support and collaborate with cross-functional teams of business leaders, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Directors, Learning Partners and Learning Consultants in the execution of business strategies. Additional responsibilities include consultation and delivery on appropriate business needs supporting and executing the strategy. The Learning Consultant should execute their activities consistent with our values and standards.

Responsibilities:

- Provide business consulting to new Learning Partners and Learning Directors supporting the creation and day to day management of the budget

- Ensure accurate monthly forecasts, track and report budget EAs and Actuals

- Develop and manage the SOPs enabling the ALP Effectively establish, deepen and sustain key relationships with GHH stakeholders to understand their business needs and related performance gaps, provide oversight and analysis when defining requirements, and demonstrate an understanding of processes and methodology in order to provide appropriate learning solutions

- Day to day management of (ALP) annual learning plan within SAP Project Systems running the business and managing the GHH L & D (potential for enterprise impact) annual budget and reinvestments. process

- Collaborate with designers to define desired performance outcomes; provide feedback and coaching on issues related to learning programs and policies for the learning enterprise.

- Identify performance needs and gaps and facilitate delivery of learning solutions when appropriate

- Act as a liaison between the Learning Support Services function and stakeholders/GHH L & D to ensure alignment with learning needs; Ensure learning solutions created meet the requirements of the client; Identify formal and informal/learning solutions when appropriate

- Create a measurement strategy for learning plans, review analytics and curate learning content to meet learner needs.

Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelors degree required

- Masters degree preferred

Required:

- A minimum of 2 years work experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Management or Learning (HR).

- Strong time management skills and the ability to work within a team as well as independently.

- Superior attention to detail

- Advanced Proficiency in Excel

Required Experience and Skills:

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Accounting or Finance Experience

- Experience in the areas of learning, talent, HR, or comparable areas; experience in applicable technical/professional areas pertinent to the division / function served (e.g., R & D, manufacturing, sales/marketing, etc.)
