The Program has been around for over 25 years, however, has expanded significantly in the past 4-5 years and is anticipated to continue growing, especially given the continued concern many organizations face around skill gaps and their desire to ramp up hiring in the short-term. PDP���?�s suite of learning solutions include scheduled seminars, eLearning self-studies, webcasts and customizable on-site seminars. As a public service, PDP���?�s scheduled seminar program is designed to educate the business community and advance PwC as a technical accounting, tax and regulatory thought leader. Our on-site training program is designed to work with clients to create a tailored/customized program designed to meet their unique learning needs and align to their business strategies and goals. PDP's Strategic Learning and Performance Consulting team is focused on taking systematic approach to achieving strategic results through optimizing workplace performance support of learning and business goals. Using a systematic and systemic approach to analyzing and diagnosing performance problems, PDP Performance Consultants recommend learning and performance improvement solutions designed to address specific root causes of performance problems. This consulting team works closely with PDP's Instructional Designers, IDs, in leading the design, development and delivery of client facing learning and performance improvement solutions across Lines of Service, Sectors, and Markets to deliver high-quality, leading-edge, on-site, instructor-led training and eLearning self-studies to external -e.g. client, alumni-audiences. The Performance Consultants serve as a Subject Matter Specialist, SMSs, in educational and performance driven topics, consulting with PDP Senior Managers and project teams on the most efficient/effective ways to accomplish desired objectives/outcomes. Position/Program Requirements Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 3 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Instructional systems Design/Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning or closely related field required (Human Performance, Psychology, I/O Psych, Education, etc.). Degree Preferred: Master's degree Instructional technology or adult learning preferred. Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success translating priorities and strategies into learning solutions within a Learning and Development organization for a global network of professional services firms, which includes the following areas: - Directing and managing project teams to meet client���?�s strategic priorities and needs, including leveraging instructional design, adult learning theory, major educational technologies, and problem-based learning approaches to do so; - Directing and managing a client relationship including being able to establish a client relationship, work within the demands of a fast-paced client service environment, think strategically in designing client appropriate performance and learning solutions and design, implement and manage skill and knowledge gap assessments and analysis; - Managing and coaching a team of instructional designers, reviewing deliverables, assisting them in growing in their role related to both instructional design and client service; - Managing and navigating a large and diverse client base across multiple industries including, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Online Development, Insurance, Government and Government Services, Information Technology and Intellectual Property; and, - Leveraging previous experience preparing and writing proposals and client presentations. Skills Preferred: Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success participating in teams that manage and implement simultaneous Learning and Development project plans end-to- end, from inception to completion, including in the following areas: - Growing client relationships and identifying strategic learning solutions based on skill and knowledge gap assessment, conducting learning assessment based on link to organizational strategy; - Presenting data, learning plans, etc., in a client setting with poise and high degree of professionalism; - Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to all levels of internal and external audiences; - Identifying and addressing of client needs by building and managing resource requirements, project workflow, and budgets; - Preparing or coordinating complex written/verbal materials and content development, including the integration of innovative instructional design, adult learning theory, and educational technologies such as self-study, virtual classroom and performance support, and construction of high-level design plans, course designs and required redesigns; - Executing timely on assigned programs and projects; - Displaying team leadership and management by establishing a team environment of trust, commitment to individual and team accountability, quality and client service; - Directing, managing, and supervising teams, seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; and, - Coaching staff, including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback and managing relationships with experienced Managers, Directors and Partners.
