Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Participation in after-hours/weekend on-call support rotation due to 24/7 Operations.

Develop and/or provide functional leadership to initiatives to drive continuous improvement and provide value to end user.

Evaluation of performance opportunities (hydraulic analysis, etc.) and advise operational philosophies.

Utilizes performance metrics to monitor, maintain and improve leak detection performance and compliance.

Participate in spill response investigations and provide data analysis and engineering calculations.

Define and implement strategies in alignment with business unit objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

A minimum of 5 years engineering experience in supporting operations teams and ability to perform complex hydraulic engineering calculations with modeling and simulations experience.

Previous experience with OSIsoft PI and hydraulic modeling software.

Experience working with internal and external cross functional teams.

Knowledge of SCADA and process control systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

SimSuite, Spotfire, Power BI, and/or hydraulic modeling software preferred.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills recommended.

Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to leak detection systems and can contribute to industry efforts.

Proficient in design, configuration, testing, integration and maintenance of hydraulic models and leak detection applications.

Experience working with pipeline operations

Ability to manage multiple high priority tasks concurrently and meet deadlines. Can clearly frame opportunities and communicate value effectively.
