In charge for guiding team members and leading the process to define portfolio capabilities that are functionally small enough to be prototyped\/designed in an accelerated manner; the process will ensure an excellent customer experience, scalable models, and quick time to market. As part of Workforce Solutions, you will collaborate with other teams in the identification, prioritization, and allocation of functional capabilities to be developed. Additional responsibilities of the Lead Product Development Process Owner, include: Define, design, and implement the product development process, from prototyping to the inclusion into the development backlogs Work with the organization in the definition of a Kanban to bring visibility and prioritization to product and service capabilities Advocate for our customers, products and services, ensuring that there is functional integrity across products via common functional capabilities Create backlogs and prioritize items at different levels, while grooming backlogs as needed, based on customer experience, business value and ROI; focus on product ideas and capability prototyping Partner with the Product Management organization to champion share services Partner with Customer and User Experience, Program Management, and Development teams to ensure common understanding of processes Manage a small prototype development team, setting priorities and deliverables Collaborate with Equifax in the adoption of innovation and product management practices, as well as alignment and adherence to existing processes Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow the SDLC as defined by Equifax Required Skills of the Lead Product Development Process Owner: 8 years of relevant work experience 5 years of experience in an integration management role Understanding of Agile practices, with a proven record of implementing Portfolio and Capability Kanbans Core Competencies of the Lead Product Development Process Owner: Team player and consensus builder, while using assertiveness when needed Ability to prioritize work and navigate ambiguity Demonstrated collaboration and relationship skills Ability to facilitate discussions and lead events with stakeholders at various levels across the organization Understanding of product development, product management, and software development life cycles Problem solver in a fast-paced environment who works to find win-win solutions Knowledge of best practices for rapid product development: Lean Startup, Design Sprints, Rapid Prototyping Ability to translate business and customer needs into deliverables Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience Full time
