Job SummaryResponsible for coordinating the efforts of multiple business analysts on a program or initiative. Directs and helps support the planning and analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with new processes, features and technology solutions. Accountable for understanding the broader strategy and then prioritizing workflow and accountabilities across the analyst team. Maintains a thorough understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of Pharmacy & Retail Operations, helping to define new ways of driving traffic, customer experience, revenue growth and profitability for our business.Job Responsibilities
Serves as the lead business analyst on programs and initiatives by translating strategy into executable tasks, reprioritizing and delegation of the day-to-day workload and tracks progress; overseeing quality of reports and analytics.
Drives cross-functional collaboration to ensure all new products and services are created with the customer and business strategy in mind.
Leads planning for collecting, analyzing and reporting to assist Product Managers in long- and short-range product vision and strategy development and delivery.
Maintains a comprehensive understanding of business processes and practices pertaining to all aspects of relevant program functional areas, educating more junior level team members.
Owns analysis of highly complex information to build business case for system/operational procedure changes, new functional specifications or interface opportunities with costs and/or return on investment summarized.
Serves as an operational point of contact for program or new initiatives, communicating relevant program information to stakeholders across the organization.
Oversees the overall quality of data collection, analysis and business recommendations that are presented to business leaders on behalf of the broader analyst team.
Collaborates across Pharmacy & Retail Operations, IT, Supply Chain, legal and regulatory, process improvement teams, and others, to develop operational solutions.
Guides resource planning of analysts to ensure new products/services successfully addresses business needs.
Coaches and mentors Business Analysts, Sr. Business Analysts and cross-functional peers to ensure continuous improvement of the team.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions, OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 8 years of experience analyzing and reporting data.
Previous experience or functional knowledge of querying databases (for example: SQL, Golden, Business Objects, SAS and/or SQL Server).
At least 1 year of experience providing day-to-day direction over a team or peers.
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve issues and problems.
Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results to business leaders.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
Experience directly or indirectly managing people, including coaching and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA, Master\u2019s Degree or other advanced degree.
Experience with full product management lifecycle.
Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience in pharmacy, healthcare or retail industry.
