The Finance Division reports to the Chief Financial Officer and consists of some 3,000 employees worldwide. Finance protects the Morgan Stanley franchise by serving as guardian of the Firms books and records, and by contributing to firm-wide risk management and risk reduction. This division maintains relationships with Morgan Stanley's various industry and government regulators, and also serves as the conduit of financial information to the outside investment community. Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley's various businesses and its senior management team. Investment Management Financial Planning & Analysis (IM FP&A) is responsible for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting of the consolidated Investment Management business. The team provides the senior leadership of the business with key financial information and analyses utilized in strategic decision-making. IM FP&A also collaborates across Finance and the Firm on key deliverables including the annual budget, quarterly earnings, and the CCAR\/DFAST submissions. This position provides a unique opportunity to support a global business focused on growth. Primary Responsibilities:\u00a0 - Lead the coordination of the annual budget, quarterly and full year forecasts, and stress-test (CCAR\/DFAST) forecasting for Investment Management\u00a0 - Supporting the quarterly earnings process, including quarterly financial due diligence meetings, earnings release, 10Q\/10K, and other various disclosures - Partner with the Investment Management business to develop value-add analytics for strategic decision-making - Lead the enhancement of financial reporting systems used for budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting -\u00a0Drive strong partnerships across IM Finance; Lead efforts to create efficiency in the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization Qualifications -\u00a0Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, with 7-10 years of relevant experience -\u00a0Previous management experience or a similar leadership role -\u00a0Strong written and verbal communication skills -\u00a0Must have an ownership mindset -\u00a0High level of focus on work quality; superior attention to detail -\u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred -\u00a0Prior experience in FP&A or a similar role preferred
