Global Nucleonics is looking for an Inventory Associate who has great attention detail, strong communication and organizational skills to maintain the inventory room, receive incoming parts, and prepare parts for production on a timely basis to ensure maximum productivity for the company.

\tMaintain and track inventory in stock room and our computerized system.
\tAssist in the receiving of incoming inventory – bagging and counting incoming parts. Assist Quality team with incoming inspection. Assist Production with incoming cleaning of parts.
\tMaintain the inventory room to ensure the highest of visual and organizational standards.
\tPull and prepare inventory work orders on a timely basis for the Production team.
\tEnsure inventory controls and processes are adhered to, including: closing paperwork and appropriate sign offs.
\tCommunicate inventory levels and work closely with the Purchasing and Production teams.
\tAssist in the reporting of company crucial information such as yields.
\tPerform ad hoc tasks for Purchasing, Production, Quality, Shipping and Sales teams.
\tExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
\tStrong communication skills – to all levels of employees verbally and through written communication.
\tPrior experience inventory operations in manufacturing environment a plus.
\tTeam player with a friendly can-do attitude.
\tA self-starter to work with minimal supervision and is able deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\tCompetent at using computer software packages- experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
\tAble to lift some of the heavier inventory parts for the kitting/ organizing of Inventory room.
