Job Description The Internal Communications Manager will help drive the strategy for ensuring Cerner\u2019s associate workforce understands key corporate imperatives. The internal communications team members are Cerner\u2019s internal storytellers, highlighting key elements of our business, culture and workforce for more than 22,000 associates around the world. The team manages Cerner\u2019s associate communications mediums across four campuses and provides support to stakeholders across the company. You\u2019ll tackle the sometimes technical world of health care, and harness our message to touch people\u2019s hearts and influence the way they think. \u00a0 Qualifications Basic Qualifications \u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care Administration, related field or equivalent relevant work experience At least 7 years of Marketing work experience \u00a0 Preferred Qualifications \u00a0 Proficient in AP Style \u00a0 Expectations \u00a0 Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security with scope of position Perform other responsivities as assigned
