Position Summary:

The Robotics Alumni Program (RAP) is a Summer Internship Program for College Students who have completed their freshman or sophomore year of college and are alumni of a FIRST Robotics program from one of the following high schools, Sussex Hamilton, Nicolet, Marquette University/DSHA, Riverside, or Hartford. While these are the preferred high schools, we will consider those from other Wisconsin high schools with FIRST programs as well.

The program is comprised of (3) three summer internships that provide a wide range of experience with industrial automation technology and the development and testing processes that get those products to market.

The summer internship will provide experiences in one of the following areas:

New Product Development Engineering

Continuation Engineering

Product Marketing

Product Quality

EOE, M/F/Disable, Vet

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be an alumni of a First Robotics team

Enrolled in an accredited college pursuing B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering or Computer Science with a GPA of 2.9 or higher

Basic computer skills and application knowledge

Ability to analyze complex technical problems and exercise sound engineering judgment

Ability to think and work independently

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Must have prior Rockwell Automation internship experience

Permanently eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
