The Client & Collaboration Services team ensures Apples employees are productive, efficient and secure. As a member of the IS&T Training team youll work with various parts of Apples business to design, develop, and deliver high-quality, in-person and virtual training content to internal Apple employees. Everyone at Apple depends on our teams communications skills, obsession over the customer experience, and attention to detail.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years in a professional environment with much of the past 3 years in an instructional design and/or corporate training capacity

Strong presentation and facilitation skills, and ability to engage distance learners and explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language

Extensive experience in video production, including but not limited to scripting, storyboarding, screen recording, voiceover, motion graphics, and editing

Experience with screen-casting applications on the Mac, for example ScreenFlow and iSubtitle

Expertise with current versions of macOS and iOS

Advanced expertise in iWork, iLife, iCloud, iMovie, and Final Cut Pro

Advanced expertise with Adobe Captivate

Strong time management and social skills, able to deliver multiple projects of varying lengths, while meeting quality standards and deadlines

Deeply strong collaboration ethic and customer support focus

Experience with Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems, specifically Saba LMS

Experience with graphic design and UX is a plus


We are looking for an expert Instructional Designer and Trainer to design, develop and deliver ILT, VILT, and Web-based training content for our internal audience.

You possess a strong customer success ethic, exceptional facilitation skills, display creativity and agility, handle ambiguity with ease, and understand the core strengths that make Apples products easy to use.

Actively participate in a global team of technical authorities and instructors that craft and deliver content for Apples internal audience, including New Employee Training

Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to building content to delivery

Use online platforms and tools to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members based out of our local and global offices

Demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a dynamic environment

Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning, including web-based content

Demonstrate a strong and inviting presentation/facilitation presence, with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience

Troubleshoot technical issues on the fly and seek out challenges through creatively developing both new solutions and improvements to existing systems

Deliver thoughtfully designed work, which improves ease of use across a variety of audiences while remaining true to Apples history of clean, aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials


Bachelors in Instructional Design, Video Production, Educational Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
