Position Summary

The Instructional Designer & Trainer manages and directs e-business initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manages and directs e-business initiatives.

Develops and maintains the corporate e-business assets including strategy and direction of various initiatives.

Researches and recommends web-based marketing programs that support the overall marketing strategy.

Manages access rights for content owners on the external website and intranet site.

Effectively manages the site as it pertains to search engines, communities, and partner sites.

Acts as project manager for web-based application development as needed.

Designs and creates corporate collateral, including corporate brochures, data sheets, images/diagrams, and presentation components as needed.

Translates business objectives/messages into visual concepts and solutions for use in print and digital formats to build understanding across audiences and to enhance corporate brands.

Designs and develops process documentation, help files, and other training materials for key stakeholder groups.

Maintains a working knowledge of Web standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's Degree

7 or more years related experience.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Gallagher hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Gallagher will require proof of work authorization.

Must be willing to execute Gallagher's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
