Currently seeking an Instructional Designer/Trainer to join a Fortune 100 financial services holding company, for a 3 month Contract to Permanent Opportunity, located in Milwaukee, WI.\r

Responsibilities of the Instructional Designer include:\r
\tDesign and delivery of training/learning solutions and eLearning utilizing Captivate.\r
\tSupporting business line and/or corporate wide training initiatives.\u00a0\r
\tCreating and updating training tools and resources\r
\tFacilitating the design and delivery of training/learning solutions of company.\r
\tDelivering new hire on-boarding/new hire orientation\r
\tDeveloping training curricula, materials, and programs (including classroom training, online training, and other technologies) to meet specific training/learning solutions needs\r
\tConsulting with business line and corporate partners to develop business line and/or corporate-wide training/learning solutions initiatives designed to support critical business objectives.\r
\tCompleting training needs analysis of clients\r
\tRecommending improvements to training programs/initiatives\r
\tEvaluating the effectiveness of training programs/initiatives and making recommendations for improvements.\r
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor\u2019s Degree, coupled with 3 years\u2019 experience of adult learning/training or instructional design in a corporate environment.\u00a0 Should be proficient with Adobe Captivate and hold thorough knowledge of ID concepts & principles.\u00a0 Should have proven ability to effectively present and facilitate including the use of audio visuals, online, and other technologies.\u00a0 Proficient in deploying and facilitating training curricula, materials, and programs the incumbent has designed/developed.\u00a0 Have the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training curricula, materials, and programs in light of business objectives.\u00a0 Demonstrated expertise in content of assigned training curriculum.\r
