We are looking for an Insights Tools & Programs Team Manager to join our team to lead Insights Program Managers delivering data-driven products, programs, and tools in support of our sales and marketing go-to-market efforts. You will be responsible for building and leading a world-class team of 7 insights team members who collectively drive incremental sales and deepen strategic relationships with Talent Solutions clients. You will also be expected to provide transformational career opportunities to the members of your team.

Responsibilities

Inspire a team of Insights Program Managers to do their best work through active development and coaching

Effectively source, interview and hire a strong team that is constantly growing and holds a very high standard in everything they do

Maintain a high employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

Help define and execute the Insights roadmap (internally and externally-facing programs, products, and tools) to fuel our LTS business; ensure alignment with highest business priorities and intelligent risks

Lead the team to take effective analyses done by our client teams and scale them, building out our internal Sales Intelligence tool (Merlin), our automated PPT generator (Magic Wand) and inform in-product analytics.

Prototype and develop new scalable solutions and test and iterate on these with our sales, product, and marketing teams. Co-innovate with product teams on data-products that can translate to the external product roadmap after incubation and testing

Manage cross-functional relationships and drive strategy in partnership with Marketing, Product, Biz Ops, and Sales

Build a GTM process to rapidly disseminate valuable insights to internal and external stakeholders

Increase adoption and usage of data-driven insights in all stages of the sales process

Increase the penetration of data insights among LinkedIn’s largest clients leading to larger deal sizes and more strategic relationships

Represent the Insights team at senior client meetings and events

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Degree

6 years of work experience post college

2 years people management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment

Degree in CS, Math, Statistics or other quantitative field

Passion for developing high-performing teams and individuals and developing their careers

Demonstrated excellence in data analytics, especially in managing analytical teams

Education or professional exposure to ‘big data’ and quantitative modeling

Excellent communication, presentation skills and experience presenting to executive stakeholders

A strong understanding of sales organizations and sales processes

Proficiency in some subset of SQL, Presto, Hive, Pig, Python, Tableau, R

A passion for scaling—making everything the team touches much bigger and more impactful

Creative interest in explaining, packaging, and visualizing data for different audiences

Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, ranging from sales to data engineering

Intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic

Hands-on experience with enterprise product development
