The Role:

The Commercial Systems Group Senior Inside Sales Manager (ISM) assists in the achievement of strategic sales objectives for a specific CSG Region. The ISM accomplishes this by providing excellent Customer Service and administrative support that help drive sales of Commercial Systems Group products to new and existing NAPA Customers. This position has management responsibility for our CSG Inside Sales Representatives.

A Day in the life:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients

Work to grow these relationships as opportunities to preserve, promote, and expand business.

Play a fundamental role in keeping customers happy, advancing the sales cycle by answering questions for current customers, and driving revenue growth to meet company goals

Conduct outbound consumer calls to a pre-determined list of prospects

Speak with prospective customers about software services that will benefit them from a financial, process improvement, and customer service perspective.

Set up web-based demos for this high-visibility software, recommends services to customers, and guide them through a consultative direct sales presentation over the telephone

Advise customers on the cost-effective benefits that the Commercial Systems Group can provide.

Manage and direct the work of the Inside Sale Representative team

Pass qualified leads to the Commercial Systems Group Sales representative as appropriate

Utilize Salesforce for logging calls, adding prospects, inputting information, and more

Identify and pursue new opportunities with new and existing accounts

Create quotes and proposals for customers and prospects

What you’ll need:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required

1-2 years of experience with large volume sales, preferably selling a software application/solution or comparable advanced technology product/service

Proficient in MS Office suite

Knowledge of Salesforce

Demonstrates professionalism, good judgment and a strong work ethic

Ability to communicate, present, and persuade

Possesses problem-solving and decision making skills

Demonstrates organizational and planning skills, practice time management, meet deadlines and display a sense of urgency

Demonstrates initiative and take action when appropriate

Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively

Must be self-motivated

Ability to provide excellent phone presence and customer service

Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Proven attention to detail and thorough documentation
