Job Description
Arbour Counseling Services is excited to offer full-time benefited In-Home Therapy/Family Stabilization Team Clinician positions as part of our Community Services Division. This dynamic and flexible program provides intensive home-based family therapy and care coordination with community providers to children under 21 years old, and their families. Arbour Community Services is seeking dynamic and creative therapists who want to make a difference for children and families in the communities where they live. The program uses a multi-disciplinary team approach. Clinicians are paired together paraprofessionals who provide case management services and linkages to community resources to ensure families' basic needs are met. The program offers excellent benefits including flexible schedules, electronic medical records, travel and cell phone reimbursement, paid clinical supervision, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, 401k plans with company matching, and 24/7 crisis support from Community Services management. Clinicians will also have opportunities to work within other programs throughout the Arbour Counseling system such as outpatient therapy and group counseling. Applicants must have previous experience in a mental health related field in either a group or individual setting for at least one year and a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
