Responsibilities include:

• Establish strategies and practices designed to develop and disseminate communications that build a relationship between IT and the employees we support. The ideal outcome is the creation of engaged, informed, and empowered workforce at Lockheed Martin.

-Work with IT internal customers to deliver recurring end-user communications in a manner that is consistent and effective.

- Identify and leverage available lines of communication

-Collect and analyze Customer Experience/User feedback via focus groups, surveys

- Host and support face to face events as required per the specific campaign

- Standardize and protect brand identity in compliance with corporate branding guidelines

- Manage a team of creative web design, and communication professionals using master schedules and work load matrices

- Strong design, and user experience is required, as is the ability to work well with a virtual team. Be a part of a fun, exciting, and dynamic environment.

• Identifying and leverage new technologies and User Experience design to provide employees with information in creative and innovative ways

• Work closely with communication teams for content creation and graphics design for external/internal communication vehicles

• Developing and executing marketing and engagement strategies that align with EBs and Lockheed Martin goals and objectives

• Partnering with all Business Areas and Enterprise Communications teams to integrate appropriate internal messaging/strategy into activities and adhere to Lockheed Martin branding guidelines

Basic Qualifications

- Project management - PM101 - Experience with Integrated Master Schedules, Risk Management and the ability to negotiate deliverables based on the time available.

- Writing, editing, skills for multiple delivery modalities (print, graphics, digital, multi-media)

- Understanding of web design, graphic design, multi-media production

- Ability to engage with customers to determine underlying requirements that the customer may have difficulty articulating

Desired skills

-Strong written and oral communications skill

- Research, proof reading

- Demonstrated ability to convey information in a way that is tailored to the target audience. Ability to translate technical information for non-technical people.

- MS Office Suite

- Adobe Creative Suite

- Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS

- Experience in public relations, marketing, communication campaigns

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project and employee assignment to projects
