Serve as an Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) System Support Analyst; engage with business users, IT Oracle application developers, IT infrastructure services teams and act as liaison with IT 3rd Party Service Suppliers supporting the entire Oracle R12 Suite of Financial Systems; work with SaaS and Cloud based solutions provided by other 3rd party providers, including Sales Force; execute ITIL processes for Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Release and Patch Management and Service Request and Service Level Management for the department; assume overall responsibility for day-to-day operations for the Oracle financial systems; work with Oracle RDBMS, Weblogic, Java code, Unix OS and SOA; ensure IT 3rd party supplier resources are providing the highest level of service; and perform Tier 2 support for the Oracle BRM Suite as well as the ITIL process; and develop API to move data from source to BRM target.


Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 6 years of experience in Oracle BRM development and implementation. Specific skills/other requirements – must possess the following: API development to move data from source to BRM target (5 years); project/team management (3 years); Oracle RDBMS (5 years); Weblogic (3 years); Java code (3 years); Unix OS (3 years); SOA (3 years); and BRM real-time batch and rating processes (5 years).
