Job Description
Epiq is seeking a candidate for an entry level IT Concierge position to work inside a prestigious law firm in Seattle. 

This is position provides technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software; and administration and internal support of PCs, laptops, mobile devices, MFDs, printers, servers, and other related equipment at client locations. Tasks include end user support (local/remote), analyzing requirements, training, resolving problems, installing hardware or software solutions, support of the IT Service Desk and performing maintenance, and upgrades and configuration changes. This position requires sound independent judgment, based on best practices and commonly applied standards.

Essential Functions:

Performs device hardware and software installations, configurations, customization, upgrades, and connections to networks.
Performs computer, hardware and software installations, configurations and problem diagnosis.
Assist with hardware and software training.
Documents and escalates all level 2/3 technical issues to appropriate resource.
Preform operational audits.
Performs basic networking troubleshooting.
Diagnose hardware, software, printing and network connectivity issues including LAN, WAN in a Windows environment offering level 1 support.
Assists with software releases and updates.
Performs basic program analysis. 
Work with vendors, Staff and client IT resources regarding software and hardware issues such as compatibility, repairs, price and availability.

Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
Create and maintain databases, queries, and documentation.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Experience working with Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 and Office 365, including Outlook, Skype, Visio and Project.
Familiarity with current generation rapid deployment/disk imaging tools and practices, including zero-touch.
Experience providing support to remote locations utilizing a combination of remote access tools and techniques.
Basic knowledge of or ability to learn networking protocols.
Ability to evaluate and assess technical issues and situations in a methodical and logical manner.
Ability to work independently, or under minimal supervision.
Ability to clearly and concisely summarize service desk requests, technical situations, trends, and dispositions both verbally and in writing.
Must have excellent customer relation and communication skills
Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple projects and deadlines in an efficient and effective manner.
Ability to work with a variety of computer related equipment, including modem, display, keyboard, mouse/trackball, fax, cartridges and ribbons, magnetic reel tape, display stations and cabling. 
Ability to follow policies and procedures regarding call handle time, documentation, and posted on and off phone time.
