Maintain high level of expertise regarding Trapeze scheduling software.
Provide technical Trapeze software assistance to staff and operate as a Transportation Technology Liaison to Scheduling, Reservations, Customer Service and Dispatch.
Assist TriMet in implementing upgrades to department scheduling and dispatch systems.
Coordinate with TriMet to provide daily direction, motivation and support to the Technical Project team.
Plan for project contingencies and anticipate variations that may affect resources and successful implementations.
Identify and categorize acceptable levels of risk and potential impact of risk factors of technical enhancements or possible procedure changes.

Prepare & Review daily, weekly and monthly reports for Tri-Met
Evaluates, analyzes and improves the level of effectiveness of various projects which may include business process analysis, data analysis, system design, and/or the implementation of technology.
Researches, analyzes and reports basic and complex issues surrounding the processes and systems of Trimet LIFT, with a focus on project development and evaluation.
Makes performance recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency, and practices. Simulates and tests process improvements and technology modifications
Projects may vary and will include in-depth data analysis that will identify and assist in system development and other projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Trimet LIFT
Acts as a liaison between Trimet IT, client, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, and consensus building.
Responsible for process improvement and duties in support of division initiatives. Serves as a liaison between departments, contractors and/or assists the assigned manager in managing resources.
Prepare & Review daily, weekly and monthly reports for Trimet.
Identify and categorize acceptable levels of risk and potential impact of risk factors of technical enhancements or possible procedural changes.
Strong, effective communication skills.
Knowledge of GIS systems.


Desired knowledge of Trapeze software.
Computer hardware & networking. Data analysis, analytical and reporting skills.
In depth knowledge of Paratransit functions including Scheduling, Dispatch, Reservations and Operations desired.
Knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel.
Knowledge of statistical analysis, Crystal and Jasper reporting. SQL queries/reporting, Access and Oracle database knowledge
May serve as a representative for the division and attend annual Trapeze conferences.
