The Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (\u201cCEB\u201d) are wholly owned subsidiaries of Consolidated Edison, Inc. (\u201cCEI\u201d). The CEBs develop, own and operate renewable energy projects and provide energy services to wholesale, commercial and government customers throughout the United States.

We are looking for an individual to support the team with a short term assignment, approximately 2 months. The individual would need to have benefit, payroll and thorough knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.

The Consultant is responsible for the following tasks:

Open Enrollment

Reviewing Employee Changes
Compiling and entering 2018 Wellness Credits into ADP from multiple vendor reports (Quest, Cigna, Affiliated Physicians)
Assisting with employee issues \u2013 Employees locked out of their accounts
Verify changes with the carriers and monitor Post-Open Enrollment items (Carrier files, etc.)
Assist in COBRA Open Enrollment \u2013 Send out COBRA Open Enrollment materials and ensure all participants participate in the Open Enrollment process then verify the changes with each vendor (Cigna, CVS, CPS Optical, MetLife)
Clean up after Open Enrollment
Working with payroll and ADP to setup goals for HSAs

January 2018 Changes

Updating all documents (Benefits, new hire paperwork, forms, etc.) to reflect name change to CEB as well as updating the year to 2018
Assist in gathering new materials from all vendors
Update/replace all forms on ADP
Assist in implementation of use S#s


Assist with iCims implementation
Adding additional information into ADP \u2013 Education, I-9 expiration info, professional license info, etc.


1 - 2 years Human Resources experience required; ideally in the generalist function 
Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, experience creating Custom Reports in ADP  
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good excel skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
