POSITIOM SUMMARY:

The HR Services Administrator will deliver day to day customer service and end to end transactional activities associated with the employment cycle. Customers include but not limited to all employees, managers, past employees, internal Pacific Life departments, HR and external agencies. They will also perform the following tasks, but not limited to:

•Act as the primary point of support for employee and business inquiries related to Human Resources matters.

•Resolves simple to complex issues by collaborating with appropriate resources.

•Subject matter expert and will be responsible for gathering, validating, and presenting system information, processes and requests.

•Will analyze data and business process testing as assigned.

•Coordinates and sometimes leads programs and/or projects as assigned.

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS

•4 years experience in an Analyst Role

•Associates or Bachelor’s degree and/or HR certification preferred

•Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service for Human Resources or similar role

•Demonstrated ability to safeguard confidential and sensitive data

•Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize systems and technology quickly and effectively

•Business writing experience strongly preferred

•Demonstrated problem solving capability #LI-JS1
