This individual will execute an end-to-end talent strategy to attract top talent for 5 office locations in our growing firm. This position will be based in our Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. The successful candidate will serve as the primary recruiting contact, working closely with the executive teams and collaborating with other colleagues, to support the firm’s objectives to attract and hire a talented individuals and leaders. This individual will be responsible for the development, coordination and administration of sourcing and research strategies to identify, manage and cultivate a talent pool of leadership, senior level and specialized technical candidates at all levels. 

Specific areas of responsibility will include:

Partner with the executive team, hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop, drive and execute on talent strategies. 
Engage hiring managers in discussions, hiring meetings, headcount planning, etc. to develop a deep understanding of each hiring managers position requirements/work needs to define position descriptions and document specifications. 
Execute against specific recruiting strategies, typically in collaboration with other recruiting resources and experts, related to talent identification, candidate development, interviewing and selection; including overseeing the offer/negotiation process. 
Lead in developing and executing the brand’s social media strategy and planning the yearly calendar to fulfill objectives and business priorities.
Implement the latest social media tools, features and enhancements that enable efficient and effective impact.
Build a strong online network to communicate job openings and company branding to targeted niches on various social media outlets.
Partner with Vice President of Human Resources to prioritize recruitments. 
Source, attract, asses and hire talent by conducting targeted outreach, networking and relationship development in creative ways. 
Leverage innovative strategies focused on passive candidate pipelines.
Creatively source positions that are deemed “challenge position\, adjusting priorities as needed.
Follow project management framework to organize, manage, track and report on data related to recruitment engagements, while maintaining service levels, data integrity, and information sharing. 
Provide clear direction to external search partners. 
Communicate status regularly to Vice President of Human Resources, Director of Operations and HR and hiring manager(s) throughout the recruiting process. Proactively identify issues and solicit feedback to ensure that each search is on target and that service level agreements are being met in terms of turnaround timeframes and deliverables. 
Monitor and seek feedback to continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience while proactively raising concerns regarding issues related to service delivery and/or delivery against individual goals. 
Lead in broad team/recruiting projects to develop best-in-class recruiting services and products and to identify opportunities to coordinate with cross-foundation hiring efforts to maximize efficiencies and impact. 
Collaborate with HR colleagues, to ensure quality, efficient and successful recruiting outcomes . 

Job Requirements
Core Knowledge & Skills
Education and Experience

2 years of professional recruiting experience required; preferably gained from an in-house recruiting role or relevant executive search firm experience. A minimum of two plus years’ experience with executive level recruitment (C-level searches) across a range of fields.
Bachelor’s degree required. 
SHRM CCP or PHR Certification preferred
Experience with Employer Branding using all forms of social media including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Experience in developing content across multiple social media platforms.
Expert level passive candidate engagement, networking and conversation abilities.
Focus on action and outcomes with an ability to generate high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines. Experience with a wide range of sourcing and data mining techniques.
Experience identifying, defining, developing and experimenting with new programs, tools, technologies and processes in support of recruiting needs.
Experience with applicant tracking systems and compliance
Strong assessment skills required in order to accurately determine suitability for talent needs; including assessing for culture and emotional intelligence.
Experience screening resumes and conducting behavioral based interviews
Strong collaboration skills and an understanding of how to navigate and operate within a complex, matrixed environment. At the same time, having the ability to work independently and develop creative solutions to a wide-ranging set of recruiting  opportunities.
Strong judgment with a demonstrated ability to handle complex issues, multiple tasks, confidential information, and competing priorities with skill, discretion, a strong attention to detail, flexibility and diplomacy.
