A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

Work with vendor to ensure accuracy of multi-state US payroll, including initiating changes, auditing and reporting responsibilities.
Responsible for maintenance and configuration of HRIS, including implementations and upgrades.  “Superuser” of any HR system interface, and primary contact for these systems for US-based HR employees.  Understanding of profitable financial controls.
Responsible for working with benefits broker to administer benefits including managing open enrollment, employee communications, and facilitating plan design changes.
Assist with coordination of recruitment of exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations – tracking system, requisition creation, candidate scheduling. 
Assist manufacturing sites with the escalation of payroll and benefit issues and management of vendor relationship
Work with HR manager on employee relations, compensation, employee communications, and other HR initiatives
Communicate effectively across the business
Seek opportunities to eliminate waste by making processes more efficient

What You Will Need:Basic Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an HR environment in a Payroll / Benefits capacity

Minimum of 2 years of experience managing data integrity of HRIS/payroll systems and benefits processes

Experience extracting and analyzing HR data and presenting to leadership

What Will Put You Ahead?Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related discipline from an accredited college or university.

Working knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, tax principles, and wage & hour laws.

Experience working with ADP Workforce Now

Experience working both corporate and manufacturing environments.
