TitleHuman Resources Business Partner, Senior Director - OmnicarePosition SummaryCVS Health is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to support our Omnicare businesses.  This position will be located out of corporate office in Rhode Island.   As the Senior HR Business Partner for Omnicare, you are accountable for the delivery of HR services and programs to effectively enable the leaders and colleagues within the Long Term Care and RxCrossroads businesses.   You will partner with and support the President of Omnicare, and the Omnicare Leadership team, developing and promoting a ‘Leading with Heart’ culture. The Senior HRBP is responsible for: development and execution of a talent strategy for the Omnicare businesses, providing strategic and tactical guidance to the President and Leadership team in the development and implementation of business plans, and anticipating and planning for human capital implications, i.e. workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, and performance based activities in order to achieve both business and organizational goals. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  -Lead the HR teams in the development of talent strategy to enable the success of the Omnicare business plan. -Continuously follow up to evaluate progress and ensure the appropriate recruiting and development is taking place to support regional and enterprise talent needs. -Maintain a high focus on acquiring, developing andretaining the best people at all levels within the scope of responsibility. -Build a Diverse Workforce at all levels that is reflectiveof the market demographics and customer base that our stores serve on a regular basis. -Partner with leadership team to support attainment of operational initiatives. -Promote an environment where employees are encouraged, feel supported and are proud to be part of an outstanding organization. -Facilitate inclusive work environment where people feel their contributions are recognized and they have the opportunity for growth and development. -Provide counsel to senior management on all HR issues, collaborating with Compliance and Legal. -Review current trends and lead the team to define proactive actions to improve field awareness, resolve issues, maximize employee engagement and minimize potential risk to the company. -Lead the ongoing talent review process. -Coach leaders to accurately assess and identify high performing / high potential leaders, and to ensure succession and development plans are in place. -Participate in the development of Regional Leaders, high potential General Managers, and the HR team. -Partner with field managers to ensure performance management and compensation plans are administered in a manner consistent with business and organizational goals, and that performance management activities are ongoing and aligned with pay for performance culture. -Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, including HR Business Partners, Field Training Managers, and Field Colleague Trainers. -Support union avoidance activities focused on maintaining a union free environment\\In markets with active unions, oversee all aspects of union impact.-Partner with our Center of Excellences, including Talent Acquisition, Advice & Counsel, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Shared Services to enable the business strategy throughstrategic HR advice and action.
