This role leads brand strategy and delivery of key marketing initiatives for Hubert's Lemonade, the fast growing, fun lemonade within Hansen's Beverage, a venture of Coca-Cola VEB Division. Launched in 2010, Hubert's is primed to extend from incubation to amplification, strategically fueling long term growth and brand equity. Primary responsibilities for Hubert's Lemonade include developing and executing the brand's annual and long-term strategic marketing plans. This role serves as a pipeline to future growth roles in within Hansen's Beverage and VEB and must show the ability to manage both breadth and depth of initiatives.

Marketing Plan Development

- focused against driving awareness and trial in new and existing markets-inclusive of sampling, digital marketing, strategic partnerships, event sponsorships, influencer marketing, PR/buzz, and traditional media. Responsible for leading and managing external marketing agency (evolving brand content, leading briefing process, determining allocation of resources, managing budget, account management and delivery of materials).

Marketing Optimization

-ensure the marketing mix is as effective and efficient as possible, adapting/evolving to drive the highest levels of awareness, trial and brand preference

Sales Collaboration & Support

-partner with Commercial Lead & Sales Leadership ensuring necessary tools, retail programing and marketing support is in place to drive distribution and retail velocity

Food Service On Premise

-develop best-in-class marketing plans to introduce Hubert's in the channel and drive consumer pull

Innovation Pipeline

-develop innovation strategy and plans (product and package) to capture key opportunities to smartly build brand while supporting premium proposition

Business Analysis

-lead complex analysis (Nielsen, B3, various resources) across all aspects of the business to understand current situation and develop plans to win (short and long term) in the marketplace




MBA or Equivalent


: 7 years related experience

-ability to understand the business and identify its drivers across multiple lenses (consumer, commercial, outside forces). Able to work systemically and add value end to end.

Brand Strategy, Positioning And Brand Equity

-knowledge of tools used to drive increases in volume while maintaining a high value brand equity (i.e., marketing programs, product/packaging innovation, pricing strategies that drive value, channel/customers programs, and/or partnerships)

Marketing Innovation (Product & Package)-

ability to take consumer insights and build an innovation strategy that will deliver on short and long term vision for the category/brand


A Great End-to-End Marketer

with strong brand marketing skills and a firm grip on how to lead marketing solutions that also meet financial, supply, sales, & operational needs of the business.

Marketing Acumen

-experience blending art and science to develop consumer preferred brands
