Responsibilities of manager include:

Complete Food Safety - 2 times a day

Internal Communications- communicates with manager and crew on targets that are set by GM

Inventory Management - maintain stock levels, track waste, receive GOLD standard product

Planned &Daily Maintenance - verify and follow up on cleanliness of the restaurant

People Practices - crew appearance, breaks for crew, labor and employment laws and McDonald's policies are


Production - monitor and correct procedures, monitor cabinet levels, monitor finished product quality

Service - monitor and correct procedures, seek customer feedback, document customer complaints and action taken,

follow customer recovery

Safety and Security - ensure cash controls are in place and followed, maintain safety and security during shift,

enforce all applicable laws and procedures

Shift Management - review sales projections, complete pre-shift checklist, crew positioning, identify danger zones,

conduct QSC travel path every 30 min,

Training - review training needs of the crew members, monitor execution of shift training


Additional Info:
