Head of Corporate Digital Marketing

You play the lead role in developing and coordinating the digital strategy for our Corporation across the enterprise in partnership with the business digital marketing leads

You will develop deep knowledge of our company, business lines, and products, and of competitor services and online offerings.

In your role, you interact daily with senior managers in the businesses, Finance, Credit, Communications, HR and Technology; will be responsible for content on BNYMellon.com, multiple in-language external sites and social media sites.

You are expected to be an active participant in several key company-wide initiatives including: leading the Digital Marketing Council, an enterprise-wide; co-leading the Corporate Marketing location strategy related to Global Delivery Centers and critical member of Corporate Marketing's Leadership team. You will have a key role in developing and implementing a uniform approach to measuring the effectiveness across digital marketing channels, campaigns and related activities including websites, social media, paid search, and syndicated content.

You will have responsibility for all Corporate Content Marketing and Corporate Social Media Marketing.

You partner with business units to establish meaningful key performance indicators and related dashboards.

You lead one or more strategic initiatives within the digital marketing function (e.g. platform enhancements, program development, applicaton development, accessibility and compliance requirements, etc., including resources and budget.

You are responsible for Corporate Digital Marketing governance, Corporate Social Media governance, Corporate user experience design standards and related brand guidelines, Corporate Digital Marketing KPI and measurement framework, Corporate Marketing technology platforms (CMS, Analytics, Video, etc.), Corporate Digital Marketing policies, procedures & best practices, and Primary point of contact for Corporate Digital Vendors, Agencies and Suppliers. You support business and regional marketing leadership to ensure digital programs and initiatives are delivering to their satisfaction.

You partner closely with risk, compliance and technology to ensure digital marketing policies, procedures and best practices are compliant, up-to-date, and housed in the appropriate manner.

You work with legal, procurement and finance (and other business partners) to onboard vendors and maintain contracts

Qualifications

BA/BS required.

Graduate degree preferred.

12-15 years experience is a must
