Position Overview:

This position is responsible for providing administrative and project support to Penn Mutual’s Broker-Dealer subsidiary Hornor, Townsend & Kent. The individual will be responsible for assisting HTK personnel with various programs and systems. This will be an excellent opportunity to “learn the ropes” through broad based exposure to various broker-dealer departments and gain invaluable experience working in a high tempo, values-oriented team culture.

Over the 10-12 week internship, this individual will have the opportunity to rotate between several departments at HTK including;

HTK Operations

– Gain experience in the back office operations of a Broker Dealer/RIA (trading, commission processing, cashiering, new accounts)

HTK Products /Services and sales support

- Become familiar with products and services offered by HTK

HTK Supervision

- Learn about the daily supervision activities of Advisers and the regulatory environment

HTK Finance-

Work with the accounting, financial budgeting, accounts payable/receivable team
