The HRIS Analyst
role provides functional support of Workday global HR system through designing, testing, troubleshooting, reporting and training on Workday related processes. This position works with third party vendor on configuration changes to ensure changes meet requirements and provides exceptional customer service related to Workday functionality.
Supports global organization by maintaining and improving Workday HCM capabilities.
Partners with third party vendor to develop requirements for change requests, tests changes, communicates and trains end users on changes.
Ensures data accuracy, recognizing data problems or inconsistencies and formulating solutions to correct discrepancies.
Assist with bi-annual Workday releases through researching Workday community, testing and communications.
Provides exceptional customer service.
Assists with global HR system projects.
Supports customers on existing HCM business process/workflow.
Executes and develops reports.
Assists user as needed to create a Change Request for department review and prioritization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR Business or Management of Information Systems preferred or equivalent business experience.
2 years of experience as an HCM functional analyst in PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday or other major ERP applications required.
2 years global experience with Human Resource concepts and reporting (Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management) in a data driven environment.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Strong Excel skills.
Familiarity with security concepts such as us user-based and role based groups.
Understanding of data structures (relational, object oriented, etc.) preferred.
Ability and desire to learn new technology and update new features and functionality preferred.
