Further, he/she evaluates HRIS software and hardware in order to analyze the technological needs of the whole HR team at large. If this fits your career goal, we can't wait to welcome you on board.The Day-to-DayResponsibilities:Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities.Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and staff.Works with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands.Often works with payroll and its personnel to coordinate retrieval and reporting functions.May serve as HR department liaison to MIS/IT function.Works on problems where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Builds productive internal/external working relationships.Provide technical systems support to Human Resources on systems and projects of moderate complexity.Maintain and develop standard and customized reports.Supports the acquisition/conversion process.Maintain current system and support systems upgrades.Develop and maintain databases as required.Keep current with industry trends and technical innovations.Qualifications:Degree/education background in HR or finance.Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.Prior payroll and time systems experince is highly preferredAll the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions for which reasonable accommodation will be made.
