As an HR specialist, you are responsible to solve HR policy and program queries

for the GSC HQ employees in partnership with different cross functional teams

like compensation & benefits, CSSC, HR Operations, etc.



will build relationships with the employees and managers to provide entry level

generalist support to SF HQ HRBLs on the people processes for their respective business



Organizational Leadership:

This role will work with the

HRGs to support the people processes for their respective business groups. The

role requires to build strong partnership with the cross functional teams like

compensation and benefits, CSSC, HR Operations, ER, Finance and other relevant



The role will engage with the

employees and business manager to guide them as needed to resolve their people

related issues and queries.



Solve complex HR policy related queries for all GSC SF

HQ employees in partnership with CCSC, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Global

Mobility, Compensation, Finance & other cross functional teams.Drive the job levelling exercise with the compensation team to

support HRGs and their business groups.Learn and manage end to end Hiring process in partnership with

recruiter and business manager at an Analyst level.Lead Maternity/Paternity brown bag sessions for GSC org including

network employees.Own and manage end to end Fragomen process for all employees by

solving queries, processing relevant paperwork and escalating when

necessary.Conduct exit Interviews for Analysts and Sr.Analysts roles,

analyze he results and summarize the discussions for HRGs.Provide support in the Birkman/disc assessments process by sending

emails to the participants to complete the questionnaire and follow up to

ensure completion before the deadline.Validate Data/ Hierarchy requests for surveys and other HR

programs.Provide On-boarding support to the employee and HRGs for off-cycle

hires to focus on employee experience.Partner with HRGs to provide support during an ER Support the HRGs during talent exchange sessions and related activities

ensuring end to end completion of the process & valid talent

analytics.Responsible to publish monthly compensation reports for HRGs.Provide support and lean in for various HR Projects and prepare

basic content for decks wherever required.Take initiative to learn HR programs and processes, synthesize

data and communicate as needed to appropriate audienceWork closely with the HRGs to resolve basic compensation queries

and also coach Analyst/Sr.Anlayts with their queriesPull Tex reports as needed by HRGs. Participate in Tex session to

build the Talent muscle Comp Module System support using job aids for Managers of others

and HRG's as needed


Bachelors or Certified

preferably in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience1 years of experience in

an area of Human Resources - i.e. Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HR Ops etc.Has proficiently used Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft.Has general knowledge of

HR practices including benefits, compensation, employment law, performance

management, employee relations, learning and development, organizational

change, & recruiting.Quickly establishes

credibility with strong interpersonal skills & HR

knowledge.Can demonstrate high level of professionalism &

confidentiality.Effective written & verbal communication skills.Strong customer service mentality; can be trusted to maintain

confidentiality; positive and possesses a “can-do” attitudeAttention to detail:  sets high standards of performance for

self in monitoring all facets of a task or projectDemonstrate the ability to use judgment

in assessing situations and determining the appropriate actions
