This role will support National Accounts’ Migrations Payforce to Vantage Implementation assignments. In this position, you’ll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines, along with your business consulting expertise, to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.\rWe strive for every interaction to be driven by our CORE values: Insightful Expertise, Integrity is Everything, Service Excellence, Inspiring Innovation, Each Person Counts, Results-Driven, and Social Responsibility. \rRESPONSIBILITIES:\r\rConsult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution\rGuide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs\rAnalyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes\rPartner with clients to understand their business and related needs\rIncorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution\rUtilize broad knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate\rUnderstand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution\rBuild long term relationship and trust\rInteract/collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service\rExchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise\r\rQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\r\rAt least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment\rAt least 3 years of HR practitioner experience\rAt least 1 year of business consulting experience.\rBachelor’s degree or equivalent in education and experience\rPosition required to sit in Alpharetta\r\rPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following: \r\rExperience working within an HRIS system as it relates to implementation (i.e. requirements gathering, testing integration, etc) Ev4, Ev5, PeopleSoft, etc):\r\r\rExperience building HRIS tables and system structure\rKnowledge of job tables, pay codes, and security\rKnowledge of OFCCP compliance\rUnderstanding of Federal and State HR compliance / regulation on scale of 1-5. i.e. LoA, COBRA, EEO reports, etc.\r\r\rTechnical training or equivalent in related technologies and/or systems implementations\rStrong client relationship skills including the ability to influence client and guide the client to best solution to help resolve their client needs\rWork experience or certifications in networking, database usage, SQL desired but not required\rSome experience conducting training sessions is helpful\rExperience and / or formal training in project management is helpful\rPrior experience working on multiple, concurrent projects\rSound requirements gathering and analytical approach\rAble to communicate technical concepts and issues to a non-technical audience\rAbility to self-manage to deadlines and commitments\rExcellent oral and written communication skills\rMust be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standard\r\r\rSoftware in the Cloud.
