The Director operates as a business partner, consultant and coach to the business President and leadership team\u00a0 \u00a0The Director ensures that HR frameworks are embedded in the business strategy; compensation programs, performance management process, succession planning and the creation and development of HR policies and procedures. The Director leads a team of three HR Business Partners to effectively provide support to the field organization both domestically and in our Dominican Republic operation. The director ensures HR processes, policies, and developments are aligned to business priorities and communicated and implemented effectively and efficiently with the highest regard for the values of the company.\u00a0 The position exemplifies the integrity of the company by demonstrated consistency in the application and administration of these values in every action that is undertaken.\u00a0Key Responsibilities:Partners with business leadership to identify and develop HR strategies, identify gaps and plan processes to directly support business initiatives through people. Acts as liaison with other HR COE teams to coordinate development of programs, systems and processes to be used to support the business.\u00a0Provides insight, oversight and direction of the annual performance management and compensation review process within the business unit.\u00a0Oversees the management of Talent Reviews and Succession planning for the Field Organization.\u00a0Supports the business leadership team through conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses on a broad array of issues; works to share interpretation of data with leadership and plant teams and develops action steps to support improvements/changes.\u00a0Serves as an active member of the leadership teams.\u00a0Partners with other HR teams such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Experience to coordinate the development and execution of enterprise programs, systems, and processes to be used by the business unit to support the business.\u00a0Collaborates, strategizes and participates with Talent Management and Hiring Managers to acquire and retain top talent with a focus of building a pipeline for future needs.\u00a0Works closely with management and employees on employee engagement, including improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention.\u00a0Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning related to succession planning and talent development.\u00a0Monitors the effectiveness of HR Programs through the tracking of key measures.QualificationsAt least 10 years of Human Resources experience providing support for manufacturing organizations of 300 employees requiredBachelors degree in HR or Business AdministrationExperience with coaching, facilitation, associate relations, employment law and leadership\u00a0Experience with manufacturing/plant environments\u00a0Strong business acumen and understanding the financial drivers of company performance\u00a0Experience with the implementation of major HR change initiatives within a matrix organizationManagement of restructures or realignments within a complex organizationThe ability to understand 'freedom in the frame' and manage to solve problems based on the business needThe ability to gain others' support for ideas, proposals, projects, and solutions.Preferred QualificationsMBA\u00a0SPHR\u00a02 years with Executive Level exposure and support\u00a0Consulting backgroundTechnical Skills:Facilitation and coaching skillsHigh level problem solvingStrategic/business planningFinancial awarenessProject managementBusiness case developmentStrong commercial thinking/approachExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenProficient in MS Office programs - Word, Excel and PowerPointAdditional Company InformationWe offer excellent benefits to eligible employees, including 401(k), holidays, vacations and more.Quad/Graphics is an equal employment opportunity employer.
