Dell is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our dynamic CFO organization. This position reports to the Vice President, HR for the CFO organization. You would be joining a team that supports the Global CFO organization, which has ~8000 people globally.The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for working with the team to understand the business strategy and to identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and productivity. The HRBP will be responsible for developing and executing human capital strategies and activities that enable growth, innovation and overall organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the HRBP will be responsible for driving corporate led initiatives with the team and communicating how these programs fit in with the overall business and HR strategy. This HRBP must be able to communicate at the executive level, collaborate across boundaries and geographies and work with colleagues across the business and across the broad HR team. This role will regularly need to align and collaborate with the global CFO organization around the world, the regional HR services teams, Employee Relations specialists and other internal HR specialty teams talent acquisition, talent management and compensation and benefits. The business partner will be the trusted advisor for the leadership team. They will participate as an extended member of the executive team and will provide coaching and counsel.ResponsibilitiesAligned to several CFO functional organizations, supporting 3-5 Senior VPs. Consults with executive and senior leaders in areas of organization design and development in support of business strategy. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with executives and team members to identify and address root causes of human resources issues. Ensures compliance with corporate policy at the business unit or division level.Viewed as a business partner, change agent, and member of the line leadership staffConsults with the business leaders on talent, leadership, business strategy/transformation, organizational development and effectiveness, organizational health, workforce optimization, change management, rewards and cultureConsults with the business to define and activate the People StrategyScans and benchmarks the marketplace to identify and leverage best practices / trends to influence the business and HR agenda.Leads and implements business specific projects and initiatives to deliver on specific business requirements and outcomesProvides counsel and coaching to leadership and manages overall business relationshipPartners across HR and with other BUs to influence decisions and provide end-to-end business solutions in line with the businesses affordability envelopeDrives company-wide programs, initiatives and core HR programs (e.g. Diversity action planning, Rewards, Pay Planning, , Performance Management Cycle, Tell Dell, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, etc.)Partners with the Centers of Excellence (COE) and provides input to design business appropriate solutions; responsible for the delivery and execution of Global COE talent management programsQUALIFICATION:Undergraduate and 8-10 years of relevant experience or Graduate degree and 6-8 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies; specific experience needed in in Strategy Development, Organization Design, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Change Management Relevant experience driving org design, talent and change efforts to effectively align the organization and talent to deliver on new business objectives; Strong client relationship management skills and demonstrated experience in developing consultative relationships with executive leaders, including the ability to influence decision makers to think strategically and critically; Experience with forward-looking, digital HR practices, such as AI or RPA Thrives in fast-paced environments where change is a constant, and high tolerance for ambiguity Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor and respond to HR and company metrics; Demonstrated ability to drive broad complex projects to successful completion; Some travel between sites will be required Dell is an equal opportunity employer.
