HR Associate Manager','1724093','!*!The Associate Human Resources Manager position reports to

the Human Resource Manager, and provides HR Generalist support.  This

position plays a lead role with employee and labor relations matters, executes

HR policies and procedures, and ensures data integrity in SAP and other Human

Resources Information Systems. 

 

The role requires significant customer- and business partner

orientation, the ability to work independently and influence at a senior level

to effectively support behavioral change. Additionally, and most

importantly, the role will serve as a steward of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group’s

values and organizational behaviors helping to shape our culture.

 

Location:

This role will office in our Columbus OH manufacturing

facility and support approximately 150 employees. The Associate HR Manager will

also assist with our connected sales branch as necessary.

 

Travel:

Travel is approximately 15% to assist other branches (which

is rare) but sometimes requested.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with Operations Management to develop annual

workforce strategy (perform workforce analysis including turnover, total

compensation, organizational structure, engagement, etc).Coach and develop business partners in the areas of

performance and talent management.Assist HR Manager with regional development and facilitation

of various training initiatives predicated on business needs and corporate

goals.Manage daily employee and labor relations and perform

initial investigations in regard to employee complaints and policy

violations.  Escalate to HR Manager when necessary.Implement and monitor HR compliance with DPS policy, HR

systems, and federal/state law (including but not limited to 1-9s, personnel

files, Worker’s Compensation, EEO, ADA, FMLA)Track and report on open positions and help manage position

requisition process for internal transfers to ensure accuracy of postings and

internal movement.Participate on the interview team for all open positions.Actively manage the local HR Visual Management Board with

meaningful and measurable metrics.Champion the “Call to Action” initiatives, statement of business

principles, Corporate Social Responsibility, diversity and inclusiveness and

utilize them to build a positive work environment.Research and respond to initial unemployment requests for

data as well as scheduling and notifying participants of upcoming hearingsDevelop basic communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint

presentations, termination letters, and other correspondence).Manage and deliver the new hire orientation program for all

Columbus factory employees – hourly, salaried, non-exempt.','!*!Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business, Human

Resources Management, Safety OR currently enrolled in college courses and

in progress of receiving a Bachelor’s degree.3 years’ experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and

PowerPoint1 year experience using or knowledge of using an HRIS

and/or Kronos Payroll Software
