Position Summary:

Supports the design,

development, and implementation of HR analytics efforts. Supports

HR initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, succession planning,

talent management, recruiting, etc.) by collecting, cleaning, and

consolidating data, performing advanced statistical analyses, and

summarizing/reporting results and key trends.

Partners

with business leaders to proactively address staffing, development,

and workforce planning challenges using analytics to identify

underlying issues, key trends, and potential

solutions.

Supports the

development of creative approaches to examining HR information to

allow HR and other departments to better understand the driving

factors of critical HR and business issues.

Establishes

methods for extracting data from various systems and streamlines

the process for modeling and analyzing HR information.

Develops and

validates workforce metrics (e.g., time to fill, turnover,

promotion rates, potential attrition, etc.).

Collects and

compiles HR data, and completes comprehensive analyses using

various software programs (e.g., Excel, Access, SPSS,

etc.).

Performs

statistical analyses (e.g., regression, ANOVA, chi-square, etc.) of

applicant pools, promotion/retention, offer success rates, and

other personnel variables to provide substantive interpretation and

reports.

Translates

comprehensive statistical information to provide clear, concise,

and intuitive insight/solutions for business

challenges.

Uses

creative presentation formats (e.g., pictures, charts,

infographics, etc.) to efficiently convey complex information in a

visually appealing manner.

This

position is salaried exempt status, which means you are not

eligible for overtime pay.

Position

level and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and

experience.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in statistics,

psychology, human resources, business, or closely related field

required.

Master’s degree in industrial and organizational

psychology, statistics, business, or closely related

field preferred.

5 years of professional-level

Business experience or consulting experience focused on

analyzing large scale datasets to address organizational challenges

required.

Experience using SPSS preferred.
