Proud to be an equal opportunity employer As a HCCP Senior Manager, Policies and Procedures Training, you will: Manage, develop and lead direct reports to meet training requirements and projects that align with HCCP critical priorities and the Global Policies, Procedures & Training (GPPT) global strategy. Be responsible for promoting and operationalizing global learning strategy, guidance and protocols with direct reports and stakeholders within area of responsibility. Regularly meet with stakeholder leadership to ensure alignment and understanding of the strategy and projects in order to have a strong partnership for success Develop direct reports for current and future success Design and create HCCP training programs aligned to global and regional strategies Collaborate with internal and external subject matter / content experts, business partners and vendors to create and design new content, tools and learning solutions to meet Johnson & Johnson Enterprise HCCP training needs. Apply adult learning theories and instructional design skills to develop innovative and blended learning experiences leveraging technologies and diverse instructional methods. Use risk assessments to develop and conduct training needs analysis and recommend practical learning solutions and designs across the enterprise. Operationalize current and future mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness and measure learning impact and behavioral changes at the organizational level. Consult with operating company level training partners, and compliance function training partners on learning and development programs recommendations to drive integration and reduce redundancy for sectors and regions. Build, maintain and support leadership and professional skills programs for HCCP employees (e.g. people leadership, communication skills, coaching and feedback, innovation capabilities, etc.). Qualifications A minimum of Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's or higher degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of related training experience is required. Health Care Compliance & Privacy (HCCP) experience is required. Experience designing, developing or facilitating management, leadership or professional training programs is required. Experience developing and conducting formal needs analysis is required. Experience designing and creating training within Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate or other rapid development tools is preferred. People management experience (including responsibility for performance reviews and development) is required. Experience maintaining documents and material within SharePoint is preferred. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required. Must have exposure to cross functional business processes and ability to work successfully in a matrixed environment. Proven success in establishing and performing within a global virtual team is highly preferred. Must have strong leadership skills; operates as a leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences. Must have proven ability to think strategically and to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives. Must have strong business acumen, facilitation and platform training skills. Must have excellent executive presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, and the ability to respectfully question and/or challenge others to think through problems, improvement opportunities, solutions, and plans. Must have excellent influence and teaming skills to partner at all levels including: VPs, senior business leaders, global colleagues, external vendors, etc. Must be able to work from Titusville NJ, Raritan NJ, New Brunswick NJ, Somerville NJ, West Chester PA or Horsham PA and travel up to 20% of the time, to domestic and international destinations.
